REFUND POLICY

- This Refund Policy applies to all advertising and subscription products offered by Carpenter Media Group and its related companies. It outlines eligibility, timelines, and procedures for requesting refunds. By purchasing our services, customers agree to the terms described below.

- By subscribing, customers agree to a continuous service subscription that will continue until cancelled. Carpenter Media Group and its publications are automatically authorized to charge the payment method on a recurring basis. If there is an introductory rate with a promotional period, the introductory rate will be charged for the promotional period and then the quoted rate after that. Print Subscriptions are not eligible for a refund (unless required by State law). In the event of a cancellation, the subscription will end, at the end of the subscription period. A $2.50 early cancellation fee will apply (unless, not allowable under State law) if a refund is issued.
- Digital Subscriptions
- By subscribing, customers agree to a continuous service subscription that will continue until cancelled. Carpenter Media Group and its publications are automatically authorized to charge the payment method on a recurring basis. If there is an introductory rate with a promotional period, the introductory rate will be charged for the promotional period and then the quoted rate after that. Digital Subscriptions are not eligible for a refund (unless required by State law). In the event of a cancellation, the subscription will end, at the end of the subscription period. By submitting an address and/or email, the customer understands they may receive promotional offers from Carpenter Media Group and its related companies. Unsubscribe from receiving any such email offers at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any of the emails received.

- If an ad contains a publisher error (e.g., incorrect content, formatting issues caused by us), a refund, credit, or reprint will be provided.
- No refunds will be given for errors submitted or approved by the advertiser.

- Refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the campaign.

- If ads fail to run due to system errors, affected portions will be refunded or credited.

- To request a refund, customers must:
- Submit a request to the publication that you are subscribed to. Contact details will be in the subscription.
